Bar Muscle Ups!!! One of those movements that takes time… time we don’t have…or, time we don’t think we have. It’s really tough to get everything needed, within a full hour, to be a well rounded Crossfit athlete. If we program them, it seems people complain because we should be programming around the general level of the members. If we don’t program them, people complain because they might say we never get to work on such skills. We can’t please everyone, but the answer is… find 20 minutes twice a week, where you can come in before your class or stay a little bit after, learn some drills and work on the skills that you struggle with. Muscle ups take some technical training, as does any movement, but to nail the skill, you just need to spend some extra time.
