I am going to be out of town camping for the weekend for my brothers Birthday and I will not have any internet so I am going to post Thursday and Friday’s workouts on here tonight. Thanks to all of the trainers who are helping to cover classes.


Thursday’s WOD:

1.) 5×14 Double KB reverse lunge

2.) 20 min Amrap

20 Stepping lunges

15 KB swings 53/35

100m overhead walk with KB 50 up/back switch arms


Friday June 29th

With a partner complete the following for time:

120 push-up

100 wallball 20/14

60 power snatch 115/75

100 wallball 20/14

120 push-up
